Derek Hough and Hayley Erbert return to the dance studio 3 months after her emergency craniectomy surgery. The couple shares a black-and-white photo on Instagram, captioned "Stepping onto this blank canvas together. Beginning to paint again." Erbert had undergone the surgery in December 2023 due to a cranial hematoma, but has since made a recovery and resumed dancing with her husband.
