Delhi High Court admitted CBI's appeal against the acquittal of former telecom minister A Raja, DMK leader Kanimozhi, and others in the 2G spectrum allocation case. Justice Dinesh Kumar Sharma allowed the CBI's "leave to appeal" against the trial court's decision to acquit 17 accused in the 2G case. A prima facie case was established, warranting a deeper examination of the entire evidence. The matter has been listed on May 28 for a hearing.
