China observed a decrease in air pollutants in February, according to the Ministry of Ecology and Environment. PM2.5 density dropped by 2.2% to 45 micrograms/cubic meter, PM10 density fell by 8.6% to 64 micrograms/cubic meter, and sulfur dioxide density decreased by 10% to 9 micrograms/cubic meter. Among the 168 key cities monitored, Lhasa had the best air quality, followed by Haikou and Huizhou.
