A Corruption and Crime Commission (CCC) officer in Western Australia misused her position to have an intimate relationship with an informant, engaging in serious misconduct and potentially endangering others, according to a report tabled in parliament. The Parliamentary Inspector of the CCC, Matthew Zilko SC, has recommended the woman, who no longer works at the CCC, be considered for prosecution. The report states that the officer's actions, spanning three years, were "extremely serious," "potentially dangerous," and involved a "gross breach of trust."
