Conservativist artist and activist Scott LoBaido was arrested for littering after throwing pizza slices at New York City Hall in protest against the city's new green energy regulations for small pizza businesses. The new rule, set to take effect on April 27, requires restaurant owners with stoves installed before May 2016 to install filters and have an engineer regularly inspect carbon emissions. LoBaido warned that the regulation could lead to the closure of nearly 130 pizzerias within the city.
