AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi has accused the BJP government of using the CAA, NRC, and NPR as measures to trouble minorities, Dalits, and tribals in India. He claims these initiatives should be viewed within the context of the Citizenship (Amendment) Act (CAA), 2019, which aims to grant Indian nationality to non-Muslim migrants from Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Afghanistan. Owaisi also questions the government's stance on providing citizenship to immigrants after the CAA cut-off date in 2014.
