75-year-old Michael Yanacheak's death during an eviction attempt in January, where he was Tasered by law enforcement, has been ruled a homicide by the Midwest Medical Examiner's Office. The cause of death was blunt force injuries to the head and a fall after the Taser stun gun was deployed. The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is currently investigating the incident, and the findings will be presented to the Kandiyohi County Attorney's office for review.
