43-year-old Indian doctor, Kinjal Kantilal Shah, from Thane district, reportedly jumped from Mumbai's newly constructed Atal Setu bridge into the Arabian Sea on March 18, 2022. The woman, who had been suffering from depression for several years, left a suicide note at her residence. Despite an extensive search operation, her body has not been found. This marks the first reported suicide attempt on the Atal Setu bridge.
