Former NHL player Chris Simon, known for his enforcer role, has died at 52. The six-foot-three, 232-pound forward from Wawa, Ontario, played for multiple teams including the Colorado Avalanche, where he won the Stanley Cup in 1996. Simon's professional career also included the Washington Capitals, Chicago Blackhawks, New York Rangers, Calgary Flames, New York Islanders, and Minnesota Wild.
