21-year-old Camp Pendleton Marine, Edward Minot, pleaded guilty to gross vehicular manslaughter and drunken driving for a Fourth of July crash that killed a 12-year-old boy and injured two others, including the victim's 6-year-old brother, in Oceanside. Minot admitted to having a .14% blood-alcohol content. He faces a maximum sentence of 13 years, eight months in prison.
