Two men, Anwar Yasser Awdi (24) and Jawad Yasser Awdi (19), were arrested in Tampa after a street takeover event in which they lit a fire in the middle of an intersection and performed donuts around it. The Tampa Police Department charged the pair with unlawful racing on a highway and fleeing to elude an officer, impounding their green Ford Mustang and stating that such reckless behavior puts participants and innocent bystanders at risk.
