Subway has announced a 10-year agreement with PepsiCo to replace Coca-Cola products in its US restaurants starting from 2025. The deal will see PepsiCo provide a variety of beverages such as Pepsi, Pepsi Zero Sugar, Mountain Dew, Starry, Tropicana, Lipton, Aquafina, and Gatorade. The transition to offer PepsiCo products will begin in 2025 and roll out over several months. Subway's partnership with Frito-Lay, a PepsiCo snack-food unit, will continue through 2030.
