A South Korean chemical tanker, Keoyoung Sun, capsized off Mutsure Island in southwestern Japan due to rough weather. The coast guard rescued nine crew members but is still searching for two who are missing. The ship was carrying a South Korean captain and crew of one South Korean national, one Chinese, and eight Indonesians. The cause of the capsizing remains unknown.
