Samsung's Galaxy Ring may feature diet and wellness tracking, connecting to Samsung Food for personalized meal plans.
Samsung's first smart ring, the Galaxy Ring, may offer diet and wellness features, according to a report from Korean publication Chosun Biz. The company plans to connect the Galaxy Ring to Samsung Food and Samsung e-Food Center, an AI-powered recipe and meal planning platform. By tracking health data from the wearable, such as body mass index (BMI) and basal metabolic rate (BMR), Samsung Food will provide personalised meal plans for users. Compatible smart refrigerators with AI vision may also suggest meal options based on available ingredients.
