Detroit police are investigating after shots were fired at officers on the city's east side, with this being the third time in weeks officers have been shot at. No officers or citizens were injured during the incident on Seneca Street and Harper Avenue. Detroit Police Chief James White has offered a $2,000 reward for any information that leads to the gunman's arrest. White called the situation "absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous."
