Police are warning the public about fraudsters pretending to have disabilities and collecting money for a bogus charity in West Kelowna, British Columbia. Two suspicious women, claiming to be deaf, were first seen on March 17th in the parking lot of a business, asking for cash towards the alleged charity. The police believe the suspected team of fraudsters may be traveling around the Okanagan region.
