Nigeria's Labour Congress (NLC) calls for Labour Party (LP) National Chairman Julius Abure's resignation over court order violation and loss of stakeholder confidence.

The Labour Party responded by urging NLC President Joe Ajaero to resign if he wishes to succeed Abure and advised him to emulate past NLC leaders and learn from other democracies on how labor movements support labor parties.
