NHL general managers have proposed several minor rule changes at their annual meetings in Florida, including an expansion of coach's challenges to include video reviews for puck-over-the-glass calls and "friendly fire" high-sticking infractions, provided a penalty is already called. These changes must go through the NHL's competition committee and the league's Board of Governors for final approval.
