NGen launches a $100M sustainable manufacturing challenge, calling for project proposals. The challenge aims to improve the environmental sustainability of Canadian manufacturing and supports Canada's net-zero goals, targeting energy use reduction, natural resource consumption, and waste. NGen will invest up to $35M of Global Innovation Cluster funding, with industry partners set to co-invest at least $65M, for a total of $100M in new collaborative projects.
