KP government requests Punjab to hand over Imran Khan for security reasons, as he's detained in Adiala jail.
Pakistan's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government has called on Punjab authorities to hand over former Prime Minister Imran Khan to them after the Punjab government imposed a two-week ban on all public visits and meetings with Khan due to security threats. The KP government, an ally of Khan's Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf party, has asked the Punjab government to hand over Khan if it cannot provide security for him. Khan is currently held at Adiala jail in Rawalpindi.
