Kenmare Resources, a top global titanium minerals and zircon producer, reported a 26% decline in 2022 EBITDA to $220.3m, due to lower mineral prices and production setbacks at its Mozambique mine. The company plans to pay a €46m dividend and anticipates a rebound in demand in 2023. Outgoing Managing Director Michael Carvill, who founded Kenmare in 1986, will step down later this year.
