Kansas City, Kansas police closed several streets and evacuated homes after discovering a large amount of explosive materials related to fireworks manufacturing during a search warrant. The materials were found after police responded to an armed disturbance and arrested a woman without incident. The Explosive Ordnance Disposal Unit secured the explosives, and streets were reopened at 7 PM.
