The Google Pixel 8a, rumored to launch at Google's annual I/O developer conference in May, is expected to feature a significant display upgrade with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak HDR brightness of 1,400 nits. Similar in design to the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro, the Pixel 8a is anticipated to support DisplayPort and use a Tensor G3 SoC in IPoP packaging, instead of the more expensive FOPLP used in the flagship Pixel 8. The smartphone is expected to be available in various European markets, including the Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, and Slovenia.
