Delhi High Court summons Trinamool Congress leader Mahua Moitra in a defamation suit filed by lawyer Jai Anant Dehadrai, who claims Moitra defamed him with her alleged defamatory statements on social media. Dehadrai seeks Rs 2 crore in damages and a restraining order against Moitra from publishing further defamatory content. The matter will be heard again on April 8.
