27-year-old Tara Moran with mental health and addiction issues disappeared on Jan. 31 in Merritt, B.C. Her older sister, Caitlin Moran, is urging her to return home or contact the family, fearing her high-risk lifestyle and health. Tara has struggled with mental health and substance abuse for nearly five years. The family is sharing their story in hopes of finding her and offering her help and support.
