51-year-old Las Vegas man, Christopher Housley, has been sentenced to 8 years in prison for importing, processing, and distributing 300 pounds of the opioid Tapentadol across the US. He used fake IDs to rent postal boxes and created shell companies to launder money. Housley pleaded guilty to one count of possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance and 20 counts of money laundering.
