32-year-old man faces charges in court over NSW Rural Fire Service truck crash on White Rock Road, near Bathurst, in September 2023. Two crew members were trapped and airlifted to hospital with serious injuries. The accused faces three counts of dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm, drive manner dangerous, and negligent driving (occasions grievous bodily harm) and will appear at Bathurst Local Court on May 1, 2024.
