22-year-old Canadian university goalie Connor Ungar has signed a two-year, entry-level contract with the Edmonton Oilers. In his rookie season at Brock University, Ungar had a 20-6-0 record, a 2.15 goals-against average, and a .932 save percentage, earning him OUA's goaltender and rookie of the year titles. He will report to Edmonton's AHL affiliate in Bakersfield, California, following his time in Western Hockey League.
