34-year-old Alice Dobmeier, a Rochester woman reported missing in March, was found dead in a culvert near a water retention pond. Rochester Police Department (RPD) stated there was no indication of foul play, and the Southern Minnesota Regional Medical Examiner's Office found no signs of trauma. The cause and manner of her death remain under investigation. RPD is working to dispel misinformation surrounding the case.
