Utah Food Bank anticipates collecting over one million pounds of non-perishable food during its annual "Feed Utah" food drive, bucking the national trend of dwindling food bank resources. This year's event, held on 16 March, aims to provide food for 317,000 Utahns facing food insecurity. The drive collected over 400,000 pounds of food so far, putting the bank on track to reach last year's total of 1.6 million pounds.
