US Special Representative for Afghanistan, Thomas West, will visit India and the UAE this week to discuss support for Afghans. The visit aims to meet US partner countries' officials on collaboration in support of the Afghan people. West's trip follows an Indian delegation meeting Taliban's Foreign Minister Amir Khan Mottaqi in Kabul earlier this month to discuss humanitarian assistance and trade.
