UK house builder Crest Nicholson expects to construct 11% fewer homes in 2022 due to soft demand.
UK house builder Crest Nicholson estimates it will construct up to 11% fewer homes in 2022 due to soft demand. Despite an increase in activities since January, the company predicts building 1,800 to 2,000 homes by the end of October, as opposed to 2,020 homes in the previous year. Crest Nicholson also discloses build defects on four sites completed prior to 2019, requiring remediation at an estimated cost of up to £15 million.
