UBEC Executive Secretary, Dr. Hamid Bobboyi, urged State Universal Basic Education Boards (SUBEBs) to implement Effective School Programmes (ESP), which would improve learning conditions, processes, and produce graduates with effective life skills. ESP equips students to participate and compete in the 21st-century knowledge economy. The UBEC-SUBEBs meeting in Abuja emphasized the importance of investing in basic education for better outcomes.
