A couple in Stockport were left baffled when a stranger parked his black Volvo on their driveway, blocked their garage, and then strolled off without explanation. The incident was caught on CCTV and happened around 10pm on March 18. Richard Bartley, the owner of the driveway, was forced to contact the police when the car remained there the following morning. The driver returned to collect the car without offering an apology.
