Stellantis partners with CARB to reduce carbon emissions by adopting EVs and investing in charging infrastructure.
Stellantis, a leading automaker, has partnered with California's Air Resources Board (CARB) to reduce carbon emissions and promote the adoption of electric vehicles (EVs). The agreement aims to avoid 10-12 million metric tons of greenhouse gas emissions in the US, provide access to five plug-in hybrids and two battery electric vehicles, and invest an additional $10 million in public charging infrastructure. The partnership supports Stellantis' goal of being carbon net-zero by 2038 and aligns with its Dare Forward 2030 strategic plan.
