Convicted Saskatchewan sex offender Benjamin Martin Moore, who fled to the U.S. with two children and their mother in 2022, has been sentenced to 52 months in prison in South Dakota for possession of child pornography. Moore was sentenced to five years of supervised release and is not allowed to initiate contact with children under 18. The 52-month sentence was imposed after Moore pleaded guilty to the charge.
