‘Alarm bells are ringing': Poland's president says NATO must urgently ramp up defense spending.

Polish President Andrzej Duda urges NATO to increase defense spending to 3% of each member's GDP amid concerns that Russia may be planning to attack the alliance in 2026 or 2027.
