Police and Fire and Emergency NZ staff are conducting a joint training exercise at the old Westpac building on Heretaunga Street West, Hastings. People are asked to keep clear of the area to ensure the safety of the training exercise. A number of onlookers have gathered, but police request that they move on and not linger.
