Ohio will conduct a statewide tornado siren test on March 20 at 9:50 a.m. during Severe Weather Awareness Week (March 17-23). The sirens will sound for three minutes, and residents should not be alarmed as this is a scheduled test; it will be postponed if severe weather approaches. Tornado drills are encouraged in schools, businesses, and homes during the test. This follows a week when eight tornadoes hit Ohio.
