A second jury has failed to reach a verdict in the trial of Andrew Baker, accused of murdering his ex-girlfriend Sarah Gatt and leaving her body in a bathtub for eight months in 2017. The Victorian Supreme Court jury deliberated for four days but could not reach a unanimous verdict. Baker pleaded not guilty, arguing the prosecution could not prove his guilt beyond reasonable doubt.
