Lynchburg Fire Marshal's Office seeks public assistance to identify an arson suspect responsible for multiple dumpster fires on March 16. The suspect, a white man with a ponytail, set fires at F&L Market on Bay Street, a recycling center at Allegheny Avenue and Lakeside Drive, and a third unspecified location.
