IPMAN and MEMAN predict a minor decrease in petrol prices once the Port Harcourt Refinery resumes operations next month. The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) has completed mechanical works at the refinery, with operations expected to commence soon. Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) and Major Energy Marketers Association of Nigeria (MEMAN) are prepared to load products from the facility.
