Holman acquires Leith Automotive Group, nearly doubling its US automotive retail business.

Holman, a New Jersey-based automotive services company, has acquired North Carolina-based Leith Automotive Group, which operates over 30 dealerships. This acquisition nearly doubles Holman's automotive retail business and marks the largest retail acquisition in Holman's 100-year history. Holman now operates 58 dealerships representing 34 brands, with nearly 4,500 auto retail employees in nine states.
