France's forward Antoine Griezmann is ruled out of the national team's friendly matches against Germany and Chile due to an ankle sprain, ending his record of 84 consecutive appearances for France. Lazio's Matteo Guendouzi has been called up as his replacement for the matches before the Euro 2024 tournament. Griezmann, who has scored 44 goals for France, last missed a match in November 2016.
