FIRS official, Emmanuella-Eteta Ita, allegedly diverted funds meant for stakeholders' projects at the Federal Inland Revenue Services (FIRS) to her private school, Surestart School Limited. Prosecution witness Ijeoma Maltida testified in court that the funds were traced to Ita's account with the payment narration, and then transferred to her private school's account. The case continues in the Federal High Court, Abuja.
