Disabled woman Auriol Grey granted permission to appeal manslaughter conviction for causing cyclist's death.

A disabled woman who shouted at a cyclist and caused her to fall in front of a car, resulting in the cyclist's death, has been granted permission to appeal her manslaughter conviction. Auriol Grey, who has cerebral palsy and partial blindness, was found guilty of manslaughter in March after a retrial and was sentenced to three years in prison. The Court of Appeal will now hear Grey's challenge to her conviction, which requires an unlawful action to have taken place that caused the death of 77-year-old cyclist Celia Ward.
