Azerbaijan's State Oil Company (SOCAR) plans to implement new petrochemical investment projects in Turkey, announced Elchin Ibadov, CEO of SOCAR Turkiye Enerji. Over the past 15 years, SOCAR and partners have invested $18.3B in Turkey, making it the largest direct foreign investor in the country. The new projects focus on petrochemicals, a vital component of Turkish energy.
