International Azerbaijani Language Promotion Event, "Today and tomorrow of our language in Europe," was held in Euskirchen, Germany. The State Anthem of Azerbaijan was performed, and a minute of silence was observed for Heydar Aliyev and martyrs. Director of the Monitoring Centre, Sevinc Aliyeva, expressed satisfaction with the event, noting the role of weekend schools in preserving the mother tongue and fostering love for language in young Azerbaijanis living in Germany.
