31-year-old Reginald Dwayne Kelly was arrested by Jacksonville police on two counts of attempted capital murder after a report of two gunshot victims at 3:07 a.m. on Sunday. The victims were transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. Kelly was identified as the main suspect in the attack and is currently being held without bond at the Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility.
