38-year-old Nicholas W. Andrews, with a traumatic brain injury affecting his ability to walk and see, was found dead in the Town of Preston, Chenango County, New York, following an ATV crash. Andrews left his home on Thursday and was found on Sunday. The search involved the Chenango County Sheriff's Office, New York State Forest Rangers, New York State Search & Rescue Federation, Oxford Fire Department, and community volunteers.
